MBTI® AND DISC
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and DISC are popular tools based on the work of C.G. Jung and used by organizations throughout the world to improve team cohesion. These introspective self-report questionnaires help identify differing preferences in how people perceive and interact with the world around them, as well as how people make decisions.
Leveraging the MBTI® and DISC provide teams with a common language for understanding differences in communication style, information processing, and decision making. With a deeper knowledge of self and others, your staff members can more effectively manage themselves, while more skillfully interacting with managers, direct reports, and teammates. Katie Jones, Founder of the KJ Consulting Group, is a certified DISC facilitator and MBTI® Master Practitioner and can integrate both assessments into workshops or 1-on-1 coaching. Read more about how we use MBTI® to foster psychologically safe spaces, and check out our self-paced Type: Beyond the Letters online course.
